Paulford Oil Fume Purifier realizes a seamless "collection → purification → conveying" process:
Collection: With a rational suction design, it captures oil fume at the source, ensuring no leakage.
Purification: Adopts degradable oil-removing agents for green purification, avoiding secondary pollution. The technical process involves water-assisted purification—cooking fume is filtered, residual water is discharged, and finally, clean gas is released.
Conveying: Built-in induced draft fan (for Commercial Type) and matching air ducts ensure smooth discharge of purified air, with two options: high-altitude discharge (for PE3YJ series) and low-altitude discharge (for P18YJ series).
Smoke Exhaust Rate: ≥100%, effectively preventing chefs from inhaling oil fume.
Fire Prevention: The exhaust duct and fan never accumulate oil even after long-term use, eliminating fire risks.
Low Operating Cost: Only 0.0005 RMB/m³ (calculated based on 6 hours of daily operation per unit), which is 1/10 of traditional purification processes.
